Backstage Learns How DALLAS BUYERS CLUB Was Cast
In wonderful article in Backstage, Suzy Evans talks with Kerry Bardem, Paul Schnee and Rich Delia at Barden/Schnee Casting about how all the talent involved in DALLAS BUYERS CLUB ended up on the screen. Despite all the issues dealing with period and dealing with real people, the decision who played who came down to passion and making the director's vision real. As Delia says, "I just think the amazing thing about it was the passion and commitment of really every member of the cast involved.
