Cate Blanchett Graces NY Times Fashion Mag

T, The New York Times Style Magazine sported the lovely, smiling face of Cate Blanchett this weekend. Inside the magazine, Daphne Merkin’s article “Vanishing Act” looks at the great actress, although little time is spent on her chilling perforamance as the rogue CIA operative in Hanna. Merkin mostly covers topics from her sartorial choices, a “black Gaultier jacket,” to her “finely chiseled biceps.” Cate alone talks about the film, and why she chose to take the role––“because it was the best first 20 pages of any script I’d read — brutal, terrifying and suspenseful.”
