Jane Eyre: One Of The Great Novel-To-Film Adaptations?

Anticipating the release of Cary Fukunaga’s Jane Eyre, Meredith Borders of Badass Nerd (one of the many Badass blogs sponsored by Alamo Drafthouse Cinemas) has compiled her “Borders Line: The 12 Best Film Adaptations Of Beloved Books.” Of course, Jane Eyre isn't on it (yet), but it has got a good chance. As Borders notes, “I’d like to believe this adaptation will do justice to the dark, creepy, romantic-yet-feminist novel that I love so well.” I think it just might.
